1.-The intention of the Owner is to lease the above mentioned building.
2.- The Owner contracts the Real Estate agency services provided by Don. Domingo Márquez Moreno on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis in order to manage and maintain the Owner´s interests and advise him/her in the transactions to be carried out.
3.-The Owner agree NOT to lease the building to any of the Clients introduced by the intermediation of Don. Domingo Márquez Moreno.
4.-The Real Estate Agent commission fee will consist of 1 months rental to be paid by the owner upon signature of the leasing agreement.
