Paraiso de la Bahia is a very pleasant small, new development set well back off the main road.It is a private gated enclosure with lots of open spaces and lush gardens. There is a children´s play area, two good sized swimming pools plus two smaller ones designed for children. Both swimming pool areas have toilets and showers for your convenience.It is just a short stroll from Paraiso de la Bahia to an excellent beach with a beach bar and restaurant and about 10 minutes by car to the attractive seaside town of Estepona.

Located just off the main Costa del Sol coast road, Paraiso de la Bahia is just 5 minutes drive away from Duquesa Port and 10 minutes from the Port at Estepona. Malaga airport is a 60 minute drive and Gibraltar 20 minutes, both accessed by excellent roads and Motorways. Jerez airport is an easy 1½ hour drive away on a newly opened motorway and If you wish to drive to Marbella or Puerto Banus they are 20 minutes away.

Security is exceptional, the complex is fully enclosed with electric entrance gates and the apartment has roller shutters on the windows and on the outside of the kitchen door, an attractive wrought-iron gate. The whole complex is subtly illuminated at night and provides a pleasant environment for a stroll.

Parking is inside the complex with plenty of space next to the apartments and for un-loading/loading, temporary parking is on the footpath right by the front door.
