Numerous golf courses for the experienced and amateur golfer with championship courses. Nearest Gold Course Duquesa Golf is 5 minutes drive away. Further 10 courses within 30 minutes drive. These include the Valderrama, home to the 1997 Ryder Cup and the Sotogradeo often voted amongst the top 10 courses in Europe.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 50-60 minute drive away and Gibraltar is a 20 minute drive.
Distances
El Castillo village has a supermarket and some fine Spanish seafood restaurants. Adjacent to El Castillo is the Costa del Sol's best kept secret, the delightful and picturesque Puerto de la Duquesa marina with a large selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets plus many shops, banks and a supermarket.
